Product designer, craft beer lover, crossfit and coffee-fueled mom of two
Currently living life with my family in California. I have over 12 years of experience in design and I’m currently leading a team of designers at Google Photos. We’re focusing on helping users be engaged with the best parts of the product and getting them back to the best experience when they run out of storage.
A style picture of me looking like a designer that’s pondering the biggest design challenges while staring out into the ether is coming soon… in the meantime here’s my family!
What people have to say
“Rebecca's leadership and influence extends well beyond her immediate team, fully demonstrated by her launches and product strategy.”
– David Gallagher, UX Manager, Google Photos
“Throughout HQPC [changing the storage policy on Google Photos] Rebecca has proven herself to be an execution powerhouse. I’m really happy with how she works with me and the rest of the team. (Incredibly collaborative, creative, flexible, great communicator, leader)”
– Raja Ayyagari, Group Product Manager, Google Photos
“Rebecca is amazing. I am very impressed with how she navigated the paid feature problem space, leading the team making both short term progress (paid feature framework) as well as advancing on long term strategy. She is one of the best UX partners I have worked with.”
– Yarong Guo, Engineering Manager, Google Photos
I’ve been working on Google Photos for 5 years and it’s time to switch things up!
I absolutely love Google Photos, the product and the people. So you may be wondering, well then why leave? Well, after 5 years I am excited at the possibility to just do something completely different and challenge myself in new ways.
